Age Group Champs Meet-July 24-27-Midtown Aquatics Center 07-21-2008

Congratuations to the following swimmers that qualified for Age Group Champs this weekend: Lauren Frizzell, Ellery Lester, Danielle Ho, Natalee Roseberry, Ellen Veith, Haley Terpenny, John Clark, Takoda Grove, Ian Ho and Kenneth Lo.

H2okie Aquatics Swimmers Perform at Summer Awards Meet 07-15-2008

H2okie Aquatic Team returned from Manassas, Virginia yesterday where we swam our very first summer championship meet and the results were exciting! The H2okies brought 14 athletes to the meet and out of 81 swims, our swimmers posted 71 best times for a combined 733 points. Takoda Grove and Ellery Lester qualified for the Age Group Championship meet in the 100 Backstroke and 50 Backstroke respectively while Lauren Frizzell achieved her 400 Freestyle Age Group Champs cut by .02! Also posting best times and achieving new time standards were Julia Goforth, Ellen Veith, Terrence Lo, Stuart Clark, John Clark, Christopher and Benjamin Poff, Sarah Kizer, Kaitlin Wilson, and Taylor and Lauren Zuchowski. Congratulations to these swimmers for their hard work and dedication this summer and for representing the H2okie Aquatic club spectacularly at the club’s very first championship meet!

Senior Champs Meet-July 17-20, Cary NC 07-15-2008
