Welcome to the H20KIES Online Registration Process! Active Networks helps us run our online registration system and Thriva guarantees all of its users secure payment processing.

1) To begin click “New User”

2) You will be able to register multiple swimmers in one transaction. Begin with your first swimmer following the online prompts.

3) Note that gender needs to be a capital “M” or “ F”

4) Selecting your child’s group:
• If your child is new to the team and you do not know which group to select, please contact our Head Coach, Scott Baldwin at edbaldwin@vt.edu
• If your child was on the team last season and you are unsure as to which group to choose, select the group that your child was in at the end of the previous season. Adjustments can be made to your account should the group level change.

5) Select one of the three payment options to be paid through a credit card or e check:
• Monthly Option: payment will be deducted on the 3rd of each month.
• Session Option: when using this option, you will be emailed that you have a payment due on the dates specified. You will then log on to your account and initiate a payment for the session. NOTE: PLEASE CLICK “PAY BALANCE DUE NOW” ON PAYMENT INFORMATION SCREEN TO AVOID PAYING FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR IN ONE TRANSACTION.
• Payment in Full: you will receive a 5% discount for paying for the entire season.

6) Shopping Cart: At the shopping cart you will be able to add additional swimmers.

• IMPORTANT: In order to receive the multiple swimmer discount you must register all swimmers in one transaction by clicking “add additional participants.”

• Coupon Code: this option is for future use.

7) Once your registration is complete you will be prompted to set up an online account. The online account will allow you to access your personal account, review account balance, pay meet fees, etc. In addition, you can update your registration information via the online link. You will receive two emails. One email confirms your registration and includes your statement. The second email confirms that your online account has been created.

If you are a new swimmer, please wait until after the evaluation on August 27th and August 28th to complete the online registration. Information on the evaluation practices can be found in the previous home page announcement, or on the calendar.

If you would like to choose the NON-volunteer rate for an extra $30 per month, please wait until Monday, August 25th to complete your online registration, as we are still having a few problems adjusting the software for this option. ****************************************************************************************************************************************
