Thanksgiving Meet: Volunteer Matrix     10-03-2008

The Volunteer Matrix for the Thanksgiving meet held November 14th - 16th at War Memorial is posted below as an excel file and a PDF. Email Button Hall at volcoord@earthlink.net with the times that you would like to work. You will not be reminded of your choice, so please make a note of your volunteer hours.

Confirmed meets we are hosting: Nov. 14-16 and July 2009.
Possible meets we may host: January 31st - February 1st 2009, May 2009, June 2009.

A reminder that you must complete 6 volunteer sessions per year to receive the volunteer rate.
